Summer weddings

I have been a tad terrible this summer with updating my blog posts for my brides and grooms. Summer for me is having 4 kids at home with me , back to back weddings along with weekends of camping on the spare ones.. Which means I get way behind in my sessions and work.. You will notice Fall is a mass amount of time catch up time for me, and my kids are back into school in 2 days!! YAHOO so Ill start of the fall madness of blog posts with this great couple. If you remember I hurt myself pretty bad in the spring the day before a weekend wedding. I decided to take a fall while holding my baby down some stairs and was in the hospital with a tore quad. I was in bed for 4 weeks not moving and then 3 weeks after I was still on crutches,. Well this couple was amazing when I called them Sat morning to tell them I was not going to be able to attend all the wedding as I was in the hospital . They were so understanding and caring , I was blown away . I had some pretty amazing photographer step up to the plate and was able to head back to the wedding ( on heavy drugs and when  I probably should not of gone ) but I was in between tests at the hospital and wanted to be there for them. Erin and Nathan wedding

I meet so many wonderful couples and this was not a exception. I just loved working with these guys for their engagements then again for there beautiful wedding day! Erin came out of the temple , absolutely stunning . I loved her dress her hair her makeup, there color choose , the suits, the details. It was very clear to see that they are so in love and really are meant to be together. Thank you so much for allowing me to be apart of your very special day. I have to add ......one of the best parts of being a wedding photographer is the friendships I get to make with so many wonderful couples. I thankful I got to meet this great couple and can now call them my friends !
